The Light Years Jazz Trio or Quartet comprises of primary players in their field with a vast range of experience in many musical situations, both live and in studio, under the leadership of Neill Ettridge. The group has played in major jazz venues on a recent tour of central Europe and individually feature in other fields with bands such as Mango Groove, Johnny Clegg, the Soweto String Quartet and various recording artists. The group specializes in sophisticated smooth jazz, both Mainstream and Modern Fusion, as well as some Latin-laced material. |
