Talented singer and actress, 35 year old Lucia Mthiyane hails from Durban , and trained as a teacher for 3 years majoring in speech and drama. Lucia has performed in musicals, Theatre productions, TV series, and has done TV presenting, and loads of Corporate work. She appeared in the popular Richard Loring production of "Girl Talk" in 1998, and more recently in Janice Honeyman's "Little Shop of Horrors" at the Civic Theatre. In 1997 she appeared in Colin Law's production of "Blues Brothers", and was nominated for best performance in a musical. She has done signature songs for " Soul City ", "MTN African Connection Launch" "Vodacom Traffic Copter Am2day Launch". Corporate work includes the 1999 Gucci / Diesel Fashion Show, "Hamda Ubuye" for Anglo Gold, Mandela's 1998 Birthday Celebration, Central Insurance 1997 MTN Christmas Party. |
