Allon is a serial entrepreneur that has been involved in over 20 entrepreneurial endeavours throughout his business career. He consults to both corporates and growing businesses on retaining and maintaining the entrepreneurial flair within organization.

He is currently studying toward his Doctorate in Entrepreneurial Studies and runs a successful private business incubator. Allon lectures both business and MBA students on entrepreneurship and incubation. In 2004 he was nominated for the Johnny Walker Entrepreneur of the Year.
