We are all increasingly challenged with the need to sustain maximum productivity and motivation. Work-life balance and a healthy lifestyle is a necessity for leaders and staff alike. Managed wellness and nutritional interventions are a powerful tool, based on the principle that:

Smarter eating = Sustained energy = Enhanced productivity = Healthier staff & profits.

We (Celynn Erasmus & Christine Stent Pinha) provide a full-proof no-nonsense approach to fast track eating while highlighting the light-hearted side of our nutritional habits. Our approach is simply all about sustainable lifestyle change – no fads, no gimmicks, just sound practical advice that works and provides an extra 2 hours of productivity to your day, helping you to do more in less time.

As qualified dieticians and nutrition coaches, both Celynn Erasmus and Christine Stent Pinha’s expertise lies in corporate nutrition wellness interventions. They were one of the initial dieticians to offer holistic integrated wellness programmes in South Africa, including innovative interventions such as team building cook offs, cafeteria revamps, interactive demonstrations and wellness executive coaching.  Regular presenters on weekly radio talk shows, they remain active members of SANEP (South African Nutrition Experts Panel).

They have consulted to many companies such as Standard Bank, Microsoft, Eli Lilly, Run Walk for Life, Sasol and are currently managing very successful wellness interventions in SA Breweries. Celynn and Christine formulated the Kellogg’s All Bran detox plan and remain Kellogg’s preferred consultants in South Africa.

They continue to co-manage an award-winning wellness programme for South Africa’s largest financial medical aid scheme, Bankmed. Presenting at their annual conference late 2005, they were the first nutritionists to present at PSA, Brighton (Professional Speakers Association UK) and have since presented at other international forums in 2006.
