Dr Melodie de Jager, B.Prim.Ed, B.Ed, M.Ed, D.Phil (RAU), started her career as a nursery school teacher specialising in school and learning readiness. She furthered her studies on learning in the USA , Belgium , Germany and Austria and has completed her doctorate on techniques that reduce learning difficulties by optimising whole brain functioning in the classroom.

As Managing Director of The ConneXion, Melodie nowadays hosts regular corporate workshops and trains teachers, therapists and learning facilitator's full time. Her inspirational self-mastery talks on radio and television have been extremely popular and she is much in demand as a guest speaker. Her passion for learning effectiveness has extended to adult learning in the corporate world where she facilitates workshops on Mind Dynamix, Life Skills, Motivation, Communication and Mentorship.

Melodie's expertise focuses on industry and education by drawing the link between empowered learners and an agile workforce.

Melodie is a published author of 3 books Brain Gym for All, Mind Dynamics and the latest Babygym. She is listed on Exclusive Book's Guru List for inspirational literature.
